You should have citizen identity cards for Singapore, photocopy of passport, and stay permit (KITAS) for foreigners. These documents will be sufficient to buy machinery.
We try to deliver the machine as quickly as possible. It all depends on the location. If the location is near, our shipping staff will deliver it to your location very quickly, if the location is far away it may take a little time.
